Samantha Hartzman, MBA, serves as the Head of Social Impact and Chief Diversity Officer at Duquesne Light Company, bringing extensive experience in corporate social responsibility and diversity initiatives. Samantha holds roles such as Sr. Manager of ESG & Corporate Giving and Chair of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council within the same organization. As a co-founder of We Invest in Her, Samantha is committed to empowering women in business. Previous experience includes positions as Corporate Social Responsibility Sr. Analyst at BNY Mellon, Program Coordinator at the Fund for Advancement of Minorities through Education (FAME), and Compliance Coordinator at EIG Global Energy Partners. Samantha completed educational programs at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business.
