Todd Bowman

Todd Bowman is an experienced professional in enterprise architecture and IT relationship management, currently serving as Senior Manager at Duquesne Light Company since June 2015. Todd has held various roles including Enterprise Architect and IT Business Relationship Manager, where responsibilities included strategic alignment, demand management, technology roadmaps, and program management across multiple business units such as Human Resources and Finance. Prior to Duquesne Light, Todd worked at Bayer from March 2007 to May 2015, taking on key roles including HR Advisor and North America Time and Attendance Implementation Manager, focusing on time management projects and HRIS system enhancements. Todd holds a Master of Science in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Information Science from PennWest California.
