Arianna Biggs

Arianna Biggs is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as the Regional Recruiting Manager for Plant Operations at Dura-Line since July 2019. In this role, Arianna develops and executes hiring strategies to meet staffing needs across North American plants, leads a team of recruiters, and creates a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement in the hiring process. Previously, Arianna held positions at Employbridge, where responsibilities included managing onsite staffing and implementing retention strategies, and Acosta Sales & Marketing, focusing on high-volume recruitment for retail positions.
