Scott Maxwell is a seasoned professional with a background in education and volunteer management. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at IFS Industries, Inc. since February 2022, Scott also holds the position of Assistant Director of Volunteers for the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, where responsibilities include recruiting over 200 volunteers for the tri-annual Youth Gathering and managing the Volunteer Core Team.
