Durable Impact SARL is a social enterprise designed to solve two interconnected problems in Cameroon: High failure rate and limited growth of SMEs ; and structural youth unemployment. Over the years, we have hosted and empowered over 100 startups, helped over 23 businesses in Cameroon clarify their marketing strategy and business plan using expert tools, and over 10 unemployed graduates secure decent tech-driven jobs. 

We place strong emphasis on technology and innovation when supporting startups and SMEs. We help them improve sales, scale up their marketing, provide inspiring spaces, and offer tailored support to businesses that make a profit while helping communities and looking after the planet.

Services and Product
Events: We’re building a vibrant community of 5,000 durable impact makers by 2030, including host members, event attendees, and program participants.

Workspaces: Affordable office spaces for purpose-driven entrepreneurs, equipped with everything you need and a calm, focused environment that sparks innovation, productivity, and real business growth.
 
Marketing: Help startups and SMEs build, grow, and scale a high-impact in-house marketing department with expert digital strategies, custom apps, websites, and compelling content that delivers real, measurable growth.

Programs: We offer women-only incubation, digital transformation for entrepreneurs using emerging technologies and AI, and a self-sponsored Impact fellowship internship to youths who need experience to build impactful social/environmental ventures.

Skill-building: Through Durable Impact Academy, we equip thousands of unemployed university graduates with essential, future-proof tech skills to land decent jobs in Cameroon’s evolving market and beyond.

Consultancy: Empower entrepreneurs, small business owners, and leaders to scale companies and achieve growth through expert 1-on-1 coaching, tailored advice, and structured guidance from startup to acquisition
