Aleksandra Ruzik has a diverse work experience in accounting and finance. Aleksandra started their career at EY in 2008, where they served as a Senior Accountant. Their responsibilities included conducting bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, tax returns, and reports for various clients. Aleksandra also managed a team and collaborated with external stakeholders such as tax authorities and auditors. After leaving EY in 2014, they worked as an Independent Accountant at Axell Financial Services and then as a Senior Accountant/BPO at Deloitte. In 2016, they joined Duracell as the Chief Accountant for Central Europe, where they managed the accounting department and led various financial processes. In 2020, they took on the role of Chief Accountant for North and Central Europe at Duracell, where they continued to oversee accounting operations and worked on process improvements. Throughout their career, Aleksandra has demonstrated strong financial and accounting skills, as well as experience in team management and compliance with both local and international regulations.
Aleksandra Ruzik obtained a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting and Strategic Management from Kozminski University, attended from 2004 to 2009. In addition, they obtained certifications including a Certificate of the Chief Accountant from Stowarzyszenie Księgowych w Polsce and a License to provide accounting services from the Ministry of Finance, both in 2011. Aleksandra also has an LCCI Level 2 certification from the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry, although the year of completion is unknown.
