Andy Wales is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercialization and business development within the consumer goods and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Commercialization for Procell InSite at The Duracell Company, Andy leads strategic initiatives across key verticals such as cruise lines and land-based hospitality. Previous roles within Duracell include management positions that significantly drove revenue growth and enhanced organizational operations. Before joining Duracell, Andy held senior account management positions at 3M, overseeing sales strategies, budgets, and large teams across North America and the Caribbean. Andy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
