Sr. Director Talent Development Global Operations at Duracell

Annick Verbruggen has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Annick began their career at Duracell Inc. in 1999, where they worked as a Process Engineer. Annick then moved on to become a Production Supervisor from 2001 to 2004. In 2004, they joined Procter & Gamble as a Manufacturing Engineer, and later took on the role of Transition Leader SAP from 2008 to 2010. From 2010 to 2017, they served as an IWS Manager at Procter & Gamble. Annick returned to Duracell Inc. in 2017 as an HR Director and subsequently held the position of Senior Director Operations from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director Global Operations Learning and Development at Duracell Inc.

Annick Verbruggen has a bachelor's degree in Electromechanical Engineering from KIH De Nayer, which they obtained from 1990 to 1994. Annick then went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Burg. ir Werktuigkunde from KU Leuven, completing the program from 1994 to 1997. In 2001, Annick pursued a Postgraduaat bedrijfskunde from KU Leuven.
