Chris DePalma possesses extensive experience in high-speed assembly and manufacturing, currently serving as a Senior Principal Engineer and Associate Director at The Duracell Company since March 2016, focusing on process development and technology transfer from R&D to production. Prior to this, Chris held the position of Senior Technology Leader at Procter & Gamble from January 2007 to February 2016, concentrating on process development and component design. Earlier in 2006, Chris worked as a Technology/Innovation Leader at Gillette (Duracell), leading product and process development initiatives. Chris holds an MBA from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University, with additional education from Boston College Carroll School of Management.
