Giovanni Vivarelli

Giovanni Vivarelli is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Group Director – Strategic Business Partner E&A/Asia at The Duracell Company since March 2016. Previously held several roles within Duracell, including Senior Talent Director for Global R&D & Engineering, and Human Resources Director for Europe & Africa. Prior to Duracell, Giovanni worked at Procter & Gamble for over a decade in various brand management and talent leadership positions, focusing on categories such as Feminine Care and Baby Care. Giovanni's early career included roles in marketing and student representation at COMIFAR DISTRIBUZIONE SPA and Università Bocconi, respectively. Giovanni holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Università Bocconi and participated in an exchange program at the University of Mannheim.
