Vice President NA Product Supply at Duracell

Karen McBride has over 15 years of work experience in various roles at Duracell Inc. and Duracell at Procter & Gamble. Karen started their career at Duracell at Procter & Gamble in 2005 as a Finished Product Department Operations Manager, where they led the start-up of the packing and shipping portion of a $200M Liquid detergent expansion. Karen also worked on supply network design changes and cost savings projects as a Global Program Manager and as a LaGrange Supply Network Operations Leader, where they established corporate supply network work processes and transitioned work processes and people to a central planning location. In their role as a 9V Value Stream Leader, they implemented a high performing organization within the organization and site, delivering reliability improvement and scrap savings. At Duracell Inc., Karen McBride held the position of Director Program Management Supply Chain Re-Design, leading supply chain redesign for North America and driving cost savings and project integration. Karen is currently serving as the Vice President of NA Product Supply at Duracell Inc.

Karen McBride obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, completing their studies from 1987 to 1991.
