Mélanie Blanc is an experienced HR professional with over 16 years at The Duracell Company, currently serving as HR Senior Manager for People Relations in North and Central Europe and Switzerland, overseeing HR operations in multiple countries. Previously, Mélanie has held various senior HR roles, focusing on people relations, talent development, and global mobility across regions including Europe and Africa, as well as managing human resources at Duracell's Geneva HQ. Prior to joining Duracell, Mélanie worked at Procter & Gamble International Operations, where responsibilities included employee relations and HR processes for various business units. Mélanie played a key role in the transition during Duracell’s divestiture from Procter & Gamble, ensuring the establishment of independent HR processes and benefits.
