Michael Clary

Michael Clary has extensive work experience in various IT and business roles. Michael started their career as a Manufacturing/Design Engineer at Parker Hannifin from 1989 to 1993. Michael then joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Principal Consultant/Manager, where they served as a project manager and process lead for eBusiness implementation for a global beverage and confectionary company, identifying potential savings and managing software selection and implementation efforts.

Following that, they worked at Alberto Culver as an eProcurement Manager, managing the implementation of global eProcurement and eSourcing solutions and serving as a project manager for the rollout to multiple sites. Michael also held the roles of Supply Chain Project Manager and Supply Chain Process Improvement Manager during their time at Alberto Culver.

After their tenure at Alberto Culver, Michael joined MAT Holdings, Inc. as an IT Business Relationship Manager, reporting to the CIO. Michael was responsible for capturing and shaping business demand to align with IT strategy and establishing business priorities for IT projects.

Michael then worked at Lundbeck as an IT Relationship Manager, leading efforts to identify and shape demand for technology to support the overall US business strategy.

Most recently, Michael Clary has been working at Duracell Inc., initially as a Director, NA IT Business Partner, where they served as a trusted advisor and primary IT point of contact for business leaders. Currently, they hold the position of IT Director, Global Consumer Insights, where they focus on driving collaboration between the business and IT to enhance productivity and support business strategy.

Michael Clary has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from DePaul University. Michael also has additional certifications in project management and SAP.
