Oxana Zheludkova

Oxana Zheludkova has extensive work experience in finance and operations roles in the consumer goods industry. Oxana began their career at Procter & Gamble in 2010, where they held various finance roles, including Senior Budget Control Finance Manager and Feminine Care Commercial Operations Senior Financial Analyst. In 2016, they joined Duracell Inc. and took on roles such as Logistic and Customization Senior Finance Manager and Supply Operations Senior Finance Manager for Europe and Africa. Oxana then progressed to Senior Finance Manager roles in E&A Supply Chain Design & Analysis and Packing Operations and Supply Chain Design & Analysis before assuming their current position as Head of Product Supply Finance (E&A) at Duracell Inc.

Oxana Zheludkova obtained a Master's degree in Public Finance from the Higher School of Economics from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Novosibirsk State University (NSU) from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they obtained certifications including "Introduction to Financial Accounting" from the University of Pennsylvania through Coursera in 2020, as well as the "Certified Management Accountant (CMA)" from the Institute of Management Accountants in 2014.
