Ray Iveson has extensive experience in research and development, particularly in the field of technical performance measurement and innovation strategies.
Ray started their career at Procter & Gamble in 1991, where they held various roles including Biomedical Engineer, Manager, and Research Fellow. During this time, they were responsible for designing and implementing novel biophysical instrumentation, developing custom software for data acquisition and analysis, and managing projects to optimize measurement capabilities company-wide. Ray also led the development and optimization of a streamlined claims development process for global retail hair care and hair color products.
In 2014, Ray Iveson joined Duracell Inc. as a Senior Research Fellow. Ray quickly moved up the ranks, taking on roles such as Senior Director and Senior Research Fellow, Vice President and Senior Research Fellow, and most recently, they serve as the Senior Vice President of Research & Development. At Duracell, they focused on redesigning the company's technical performance measurement strategy, creating new methods with consumer relevance, and building statistical models to support marketing claims and innovation programs. Ray was also responsible for leading organizational changes, improving productivity, and developing the careers of employees.
Throughout their career, Ray Iveson has demonstrated a strong expertise in statistical analysis, automation, and optimization of measurement operations. Their work has resulted in increased productivity, stronger marketing claims, and improved influence within external councils.
Ray Iveson holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Ray also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in the same field from the same institution.
