Wouter Tielemans

Wouter Tielemans serves as the Global Operations Industrial Technologies Director at Duracell Inc. since March 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Duracell (A Berkshire Hathaway Company) from March 2016 to February 2021, progressing from Process Engineer to Site Industrial Technology Manager, focusing on improving safety, quality, and efficiency in cell assembly processes. Wouter was also involved with VTK Gent vzw, having held leadership positions such as President and CPL '13-'14, demonstrating exceptional skills in organizing activities for engineering students. Previous experience includes working as a Process Engineer at Procter & Gamble and completing internships at Esko and Manipal Institute of Technology. Wouter holds a Master's degree in Electrotechnical Engineering from Ghent University and is currently pursuing further education at Vlerick Business School.
