Dennis Glasco

Dennis Glasco has worked as the President at DuraCoatings since November 2016. Prior to this, they worked at Southwest United Industries, Inc. as an Operations Manager from January 1996 to November 2016. In this role, they were responsible for various aspects of operations including thermal spray, plating, anodize, machining, paint, logistics, and quality. Dennis implemented Lean MFG/5-S and process improvement strategies to increase sales from $15 million per year to $40 million per year. Dennis also played a key role in transitioning the business from a family-owned company to a corporate metrics culture.

Dennis Glasco obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Tulsa Community College, where they studied from 1994 to 1996.
