Angela Parker

Angela Parker is an accomplished Chief Financial Officer with extensive experience in financial strategy and operational leadership across diverse industries. Currently serving as CFO at DuraServ since October 2023, Angela manages accounting, tax, financial planning and analysis, and mergers and acquisitions for a global distributor with over $500M in revenue. Previously, as CFO at Allied Universal Technology Services, significant improvements in EBITDA and successful integration of multiple acquisitions were achieved. Angela has also held key executive roles at Multi-Craft Contractors, Alvarez & Marsal, Halliburton, American Airlines, and served as a Captain in the US Army. Angela holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor's degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
