Brian Lawn has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. In 2012, they started working at Hudson Hyundai as a Service Manager, and they held this role until 2014. Following this, they joined Fullerton Automotive as a Lead Service Advisor from 2014 to 2017. From 2017 to 2021, Brian worked at Edison BMW as a Service Consultant. In 2021, they transitioned to Hyundai of South Brunswick as a Service Manager, staying with the company until early 2022. In 2022, Brian joined Smith Motor as a Service Manager for a short period. Currently, they are employed at DuraServ, first as a Territory Sales Representative and now as the Vice President of Sales and Division Manager.

Welch College of Business, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Prior to their university education, Brian Lawn attended Boonton High School from 1989 to 1993, where they completed their General Studies.
