Brian Stikeleather

Brian Stikeleather has extensive experience in the commercial loading dock equipment industry. Brian is currently serving as the VP of Sales and Division Manager at Southern Dock Products of Charlotte, a role they assumed in December 2021. Prior to this, Brian worked as a Business Development Manager at American Roll Up Door from December 2020 to December 2021.

Before their current position, Brian held various roles at ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems. Brian started as a Project Manager at Loading Dock Systems/Overhead Door Co of Charlotte in an unspecified date and remained in this role until January 2017. Brian then became a Regional Sales Manager in North Carolina, serving in this capacity until September 2020. From September to November 2020, Brian worked as a Business Development Manager at ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems.

Brian's career in the loading dock equipment industry began in 2004 when they joined Overhead Door Co of Charlotte/ Loading Dock Systems of the Carolinas as a Commercial & Residential Service Manager. Brian held this position until 2008. Subsequently, they worked as a National Accounts Manager at Loading Dock Systems/Overhead Door Co of Charlotte, managing new and existing national accounts across all 50 states.

Throughout their career, Brian has been involved in strategic sales of commercial loading dock equipment, overhead doors, high-speed doors, HVLS fans, and material handling equipment. Brian has also been responsible for complete turnkey project management of various projects.

Brian Stikeleather attended the UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree with a major in Marketing.
