Kayla Colan has a diverse work experience, starting in 2020 as a Retail Sales Representative at Sally Beauty where they implemented customer attraction strategies, managed inventory, and provided support to Sales Associates. In 2021, they worked as a Caregiver at Amada Senior Care, gaining first-hand experience in providing in-home care for seniors and showcasing exceptional interpersonal skills. Kayla then transitioned to Critter Control as a Sales Representative, where they excelled in outside sales for wildlife management services, built trusting relationships with clients, and achieved high customer satisfaction. In 2022, they joined AHS Staffing as an Associate Recruiter and in 2023, they began working at DuraServ in the role of National Accounts | Strategic Sales.

From 2019 to 2023, Kayla Colan attended Arizona State University where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology.
