Sean Fernando

Sean Fernando has a comprehensive work experience in various leadership roles in supply chain management and operations. Sean is currently working as the Senior Director of Operations DuraBrands at DuraServ since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director/General Manager - Supply Chain at Walmart from March 2020 to August 2022. Before joining Walmart, Sean held the position of Director of Plant Operations - Supply Chain at Keurig Dr Pepper from October 2016 to March 2020. Sean also worked as the Operations Manager at Snap On Tools from January 2012 to September 2016. Another notable role in their career was as a Production Manager at Eaton Corporation, where they held various positions and responsibilities from June 2010 to February 2012 and from February 2007 to June 2010. Sean had initially started their career as a Manufacturing Supervisor at TRW Automotive and later worked in the same role at Heil Environmental.

Sean Fernando graduated from Arizona State University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering. Sean then pursued further education at Harding University from 2009 to 2011, where they obtained a graduate degree in Business Management & Ethics, specifically an MBA.
