Shauntell Parra

Shauntell Parra has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Shauntell started their career in 1997 as a Sr Remittance Clerk at Verizon and worked there until 2007. Shauntell then joined KBR - Baghdad Iraq as an Associate Cost Specialist for two years before moving on to Capital One Bank as a General Customer Service representative. In 2010, they joined Bank of America as a Bankruptcy Specialist II and stayed there until 2015. In the same year, they joined Carrington Mortgage Services, Mortgage Lending Division, where they held the roles of Sr. Bankruptcy Specialist and Bankruptcy Lead. Currently, as of 2023, they are employed at DuraServ as a Cost Accountant.

Shauntell Parra obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Columbia Southern University from 2008 to 2013. Shauntell also participated in the C-PRO NETWORK MEMBER program at Carrington Mortgage Serv. Additionally, they were part of the LEADERSHIFT MANAGEMENT COHORT at Carrington Mortgage Serv.
