Brian J. Pesola

Brian J. Pesola, CPA, currently serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at DuraVent, a leader in the venting industry known for innovations in venting systems since November 2017. Previously, Brian held multiple executive roles, including VP Corporate Controller, Tax, and Treasury at Dayco, where expertise in manufacturing and distribution of automotive components was demonstrated from January 2015 to November 2017. At Ally Financial Inc., Brian contributed significantly as Executive Director of Finance, creating and leading an internal finance organization post-split from General Motors from April 2008 to May 2014. Additional experience includes roles at Central Park Master Association, Federal-Mogul Powertrain, Detroit Diesel, and Deloitte & Touche, reflecting a comprehensive background in finance, accounting, and leadership across various sectors. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Central Michigan University.
