Bhavana Panwar

Bhavana Panwar serves as the Fundraising Lead at Durga since August 2025, following a tenure at Teach For India from September 2023 to August 2025, where multiple roles included Associate in Development and Fundraising as well as Volunteering and Engagement Consultant. Key achievements include managing operations across three major cities, enhancing communication efficiency through a WhatsApp bot, and contributing to organizational funding through social science survey data generation at Society for Harmony, Aid and Prosperous Economy. Previous experience also includes conducting a survey on women's representation in education at Know Your Naari - Pink Legal, organizing a legal bootcamp on reproductive rights, and raising funds for Help Social Welfare Society. Bhavana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Political Science, and Sociology from Christ University, Bangalore (2020-2023).
