Rakhi Sen Dan

Rakhi Sen Dan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in staffing, recruitment, and professional coaching. Currently serving as the Business Owner of Deshaa since December 2023, Rakhi initiated this organization to offer a range of services, including recruitment and training. In addition, Rakhi has been the Staffing Head at WT since March 2018, overseeing end-to-end staffing solutions. Concurrently, Rakhi volunteers at Durga I Am Every Woman, a charitable organization focused on creating gender-equal spaces in India. As a freelancer since February 2018, Rakhi provides business HR consulting, including strategic planning for talent acquisition.
