Hobson Hogan

Hobson Hogan is a Trustee at DURHAM ACADEMY INC. and has over 17 years of experience in financial advisory, strategy, and valuation services. Hobson has worked with middle market firms in the home building, energy services, industrial services, construction, and construction materials industries.

Hogan began their career as an Investment Banking Senior Associate at FMI Capital Advisors where they provided sell-side, buy-side, and financial advisory services to industrial, mechanical, and heavy civil contractors, as well as, building products manufacturers and distributors. Hobson then moved to ZweigWhite where they became a Principal in their Mergers & Acquisitions department and provided investment banking and valuation services to firms in the architecture, engineering, and environmental industries.

In 2014, Hogan became a Consultant at Continuum Advisory Group where they provide financial advisory, strategy, and valuation services to middle market firms in the home building, energy services, industrial services, construction, and construction materials industries.

Hobson Hogan has an MBA in Finance from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and an ISYE in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
