Scott Bowes

Scott Bowes is a serving police sergeant with Durham Constabulary, where they oversee local implementation of the Government’s Neighbourhood Policing Guarantee and lead operations with a focus on team morale and effectiveness. They have experience as a police constable, managing investigations and training new officers, alongside previous roles in ICT support and as a climbing centre assistant. Scott is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Professional Policing Practice at Northumbria University, building on their educational background that includes a Level 3 Diploma in ICT Professional Competence from Derwentside College.
