Melissa Katrincic has over 18 years of experience in digital marketing and eCommerce. Melissa began their career in 2000 as a Project Manager for US Interactive. Melissa then moved to BravoSolution (formerly VerticalNet) as a Manager of Technical Consulting and Business Development. In 2001, they were an eBusiness Relationship Manager and Senior Digital Project Manager at Euro RSCG LIFE. Melissa then joined Digitas Health (formerly Medical Broadcasting Company) in 2003 as a Director of Program Management. In 2004, they were a Senior Manager of Internet Marketing and Governance at Pfizer (formerly Wyeth). In 2006, they became the Head of Digital Strategy, Marketing and eCommerce at Burt's Bees. In 2010, they began working as a freelance Executive-level Digital Marketing, Digital Strategy and eCommerce Consultant. In 2011, they became the Director of Digital Strategy at POZEN. In 2013, they became a Senior Associate at Clean Strategy Group, Inc. and also co-founded Durham Distillery, where they currently serve as President and CEO. In 2018, Durham Distillery was honored as the #1 craft gin distillery in the U.S.

Melissa Katrincic received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Physics from Bryn Mawr College in 1997. Melissa then went on to study abroad at The University of Edinburgh in 1996-1997 with a focus on Physics and Astrophysics. In 2004-2005, they obtained a Master's Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University.
