Peter Wallace

Peter Wallace is an experienced professional in ticketing and customer experience, currently serving as the Director of Ticketing at the Durham Performing Arts Center since November 2024. Previously, as AVP of Sales & Customer Experience at the North Carolina Symphony, Peter implemented data-driven strategies that led to significant increases in subscriptions and revenue. Peter's extensive background includes senior roles at the Durham Bulls Baseball Club, where strategic management of ticketing and analytics enhanced customer engagement, and as manager of ticket operations for the Washington Nationals, where key responsibilities included overseeing the ticketing launch for Nationals Park. Peter's career began with roles in customer service management at D.C. United and as an account executive with the Miami Fusion. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management from the University of South Carolina.
