Jessica On

Jessica On currently serves as an Elementary School Teacher for 5th grade at Lyons Farm Elementary within Durham Public Schools and holds multiple roles at Duke University, including Project Manager and Undergraduate Researcher for the Durham UACS Research Collective. Jessica is also a Fellow at Duke TeachHouse and previously worked as a High School Elective Teacher and advocate for Student U, where responsibilities included teaching and supporting high school students. Jessica's earlier experience includes student teaching in 5th grade at E.K., a role on the Development and Alumni Relations Team at Duke University, and various internships focused on social equity and research. Jessica earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy with a minor in Education from Duke University and participated in an educational program at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
