Lori Madl serves as the Dance Director at Durham Public Schools since August 2023, where responsibilities include directing dance classes, developing curriculum, and choreographing musicals and special presentations. Previously, Lori held the same title at North Fort Myers Academy for the Arts from August 2010 to April 2024, where Lori organized the annual Nutcracker Ballet featuring a large cast of students and volunteers. Lori's experience also includes roles as a Dance Instructor and Choreographer across various organizations in Lee County, FL, as well as serving as Membership & Volunteer Coordinator at the Lee County Alliance of the Arts from July 2003 to November 2010. Lori's academic background includes a Master’s degree in Arts Administration from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor’s degree in Dance from The University of Kansas.
