Kelly McDermott is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in labour and employment law. Currently serving as the Deputy Regional Solicitor and Director of Legal Services at the Regional Municipality of Durham since November 2011, Kelly has held multiple roles including Senior Solicitor and Labour and Employment Solicitor within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as the Labour and Employment Lawyer at Stringer Brisbin Humphrey LLP and McCarthy Tetrault.
