Bill Unverzagt

Bill Unverzagt is our Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer with responsibility for the Accounting and Financial Reporting, Treasury, Tax and Shared Services functions of National Express. Bill has over 30 years of finance experience with publicly-listed service organizations and high growth companies. Bill joined National Express in 2011 and previously served as Chief Financial Officer of our Transit operations as well as Vice President, Corporate Controller. Prior to joining National Express, Bill was Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer for Redbox and also served as Vice President, Corporate Accounting for The ServiceMaster Company. Bill started his career with KPMG. He is a certified public accountant and received a B.S. and a Masters degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
