Currently serving as a Professional Driver at Durham School Services, Cory ensures the safe transportation of students through diligent vehicle inspections and emergency management. As the Founder of CS Top Services, advisory and consulting offerings focus on career development, neurodivergent hiring practices, and talent analytics. Previously, Cory led talent strategy and business development at Haystack, a startup integrating gaming with recruiting for neurodivergent individuals. With a solid technical foundation gained from Nucamp Coding Bootcamp, expertise in data structures, algorithms, and cloud deployments has been developed. Additionally, as the Lead Senior Technical Recruiter at Heal, significant hiring successes were achieved, including high-level technical positions.
