Nancy Clabots

Nancy Clabots is a seasoned Business Development Manager at Durham School Services, with a tenure beginning in March 2011. In this role, Nancy coordinates charter bus sales across 234 customer service centers, develops marketing and sales tools, and facilitates training for sales processes. Responsibilities also include resolving issues related to the Compass billing system and leading bi-monthly conference calls to share best practices. Previously, Nancy held Team Manager positions at both Durham School Services and National Express from 2009 to 2010, as well as at Sears Holdings Corporation from December 2006 to March 2009, where Nancy successfully coached and developed teams focused on quality and performance metrics. Nancy graduated from Morton West High School in 1974.
