Lou Cook-Allen

Lou Cook-Allen is a dedicated student at Durham University, pursuing a degree in Primary Education. Since November 2021, Lou has served as the JCR Welfare Officer at Hatfield College, where responsibilities include overseeing student welfare alongside the Assistant Welfare Officer and leading the Welfare Team. Additional leadership roles include President of Hatfield Voices and Student Trustee, focusing on governance. Lou has previous experience as an Early Years Group Leader at Barracudas Activity Day Camps, a Temporary Receptionist at Marshall Volkswagen, and various positions in customer service and community engagement. Academic foundations include A Levels in Sociology, Geography, and Politics from The Highfield School, along with a BTech in Teamwork and Personal Development.
