Weixuan Shen

Weixuan Shen is an experienced researcher and educator with a background in educational strategies and academic support. At Durham University, as a Research Assistant from July to September 2022, Weixuan gathered and analyzed data on UK universities, produced a literature review, and collaborated with the supervisor on research discussions. Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant at New Oriental Education & Technology Group in 2021 involved planning lessons for Academic IELTS students, conducting needs assessments, and providing tailored feedback and strategies for improvement. Currently, Weixuan is pursuing an MA in Sociology of Education at UCL, following a Bachelor of Arts in Education Studies-Sociology from Durham University.
