Nuown Zainal has extensive experience in operational leadership and human resources management. Currently serving as the Head of Operation & Experience at Durioo+ since August 2021, Nuown is responsible for overseeing operational excellence and enhancing user experience. Prior to this role, Nuown worked as the People and Culture Manager at Digital Durian from January 2018 to December 2021, where responsibilities included fostering a positive workplace culture and managing talent development.
