James Underhill

James Underhill is an experienced sales and marketing professional with a strong background in leadership roles across various real estate companies. Currently serving as Sales & Marketing Director at Durkan since April 2021, James also held the interim title of Sales Director. Prior to this, James was a Director at Savills from July 2015 to April 2020 and held director positions at Hamptons International between May 2012 and July 2015. Previous experience includes Head of Sales at Berkeley Group Holdings Plc and Ballymore Properties, as well as Sales Manager at Berkeley Group Plc. James began a career in sales as an Account Executive at Vogue from 1999 until September 2002. Education includes attendance at Millfield School.
