Casey Rieder, MBA has over 15 years of experience in independent consulting and financial analysis for early stage startups and investors with a focus in renewable energy. In 2006, they co-founded an analytics company, Risk Metrics, which provided drug safety recommendations to biotech startups and clients as large as Pfizer. Casey designed and managed a drug safety database that tracked 6+ million adverse events dating back to 1969 and improved accuracy of drug risk analysis data by 25% by developing a data cleaning, sorting, and filtering tool. In 2019, they became the Founder, Partner - Sales & Business Development at Kaleidoscope Studios. In 2021, they joined GEODIS as a Project Finance. Currently, they are a Fractional CFO at Ryp Labs (Formerly StixFresh), Duro, and Compassionate Brands.

Casey Rieder obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Music Theory and Composition from Dartmouth College between 1999 and 2004. Casey then attended The Graduate Center, City University of New York from 2005 to 2006 as a PhD Candidate in Ethnomusicology. In 2009, they earned a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, with a focus on Corporate Finance and Strategic Management.
