Lothar Straub

Lothar Straub, PMP has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Lothar started their career as a Sergeant in the US Army from 1984 to 1988. Lothar then worked as an Engineering Manager at Greenfield Industries, Inc. from 1993 to 2000. Following that, Lothar served as a Senior Facilities Engineer at Trostel Ltd from 2000 to 2002. In 2003, they joined Durr Universal as the Director of Engineering and later became the Sr. Manager-Engineering & Project Management, where they successfully managed engineering, project management, and field service teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. Lothar also held positions at Cummins Inc. as the Manager-Global Advanced Manufacturing from 2003 to 2005 and at Durr Universal as the Manager-Global Contract Manufacturing from 2008 to 2013. Their valuable experience includes strategic operations and they possess strong leadership skills.

Lothar Straub, PMP attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME). Lothar then pursued further education at Cardinal Stritch University from 1997 to 2000, obtaining a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA).

In terms of certifications, Lothar Straub, PMP has a range of qualifications. Lothar became a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute in September 2013.
