Andrej Zwitter

Andrej Zwitter is the current Advisory Board Member at Dusk Network. Prior to this, they spent 13 years and 10 months as Dean, Professor, and Assistant Professor at the University of Groningen. In this role, they managed the development of the University College Fryslân with its Undergraduate Programme on Global Responsibility and Leadership (GRL / BSc) and the associated Data Research Centre. Andrej also served as Head of Political Science Department at the University of Groningen, Faculty of Law for 5 years. Before that, they were a researcher at the Institute for International Law of Peace and Armed Conflict, Ruhr-Universität Bochum for 6 months.

Andrej Zwitter has a PhD in International Law and Legal Studies from the University of Graz, which they received in 2008. Andrej also has a Magister iuris from the University of Graz, which they received in 2006. In addition, they have a Fundamental Teaching Qualification from the University of Groningen, Faculty of Law. Finally, they are a Licensed Business Consultant from the Chamber of Commerce of Austria.
