Federico Franzoni

Federico Franzoni is a blockchain engineer and researcher currently working at Dusk Network since December 2022. Previously, Federico served as a blockchain and distributed systems engineer at QPQ, focusing on Ethereum-based blockchain node design and a consensus protocol. A significant research background includes a postdoctoral researcher role at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, where investigations centered on the security of blockchain P2P networks, as well as work as a research assistant developing an IoT security framework. Earlier experience includes research on Windows OS security at Università degli Studi Roma Tre and a software development internship focused on home automation network firmware. Federico holds a PhD in Computer Science from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and has multiple degrees in Computer Science from Sapienza Università di Roma.
