The leaders of Dustin Group have experience on various boards including Ngenic and Polar Cape. The head of business development & IT holds a degree from Linköping University in industrial engineering and management while the vice president of financial services Sweden attended Chalmers University of Technology for maskinteknik. Furthermore, the chairman of the board of directors went to Stockholm University for marketing, sales, and distribution. Lastly, the members of the board of directors are also experienced in companies such as Sportamore and Com Hem AB.
