Aaron Harris

Aaron Harris is the Vice President of Construction, Real Estate, and Development at Dutch Bros Coffee. Aaron has over fifteen years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with a focus on franchise development. Prior to joining Dutch Bros, Aaron was the Vice President of Development at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Inc., where they oversaw the development of all franchise locations in North America. Aaron was responsible for identifying new franchise sites, preparing and presenting site development packages to the Real Estate Committee, and managing cross-functional teams throughout the construction process. During their time at Popeyes, Aaron opened a total of 205 new restaurants, averaging 45 new units per year.

Before their time at Popeyes, Aaron was the Owner Principal of AH Consultants, Inc., a franchise development consultancy firm. Aaron provided advice and guidance to clients in the food and beverage industry on how to expand their businesses through franchising. During their time at AH Consultants, Aaron helped their clients open over 500 new franchise locations across the United States.

Aaron Harris has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Theirtory from Saint Louis University.
