Paul Hill

Paul Hill has a significant amount of experience in finance and accounting. Paul started their career as a Senior Manager at KPMG in 1982 and worked there until 1995. After that, they joined PepsiCo as a Director in Corporate Audit. In 1998, they moved to Yum! Restaurants International as a VP Division Controller and stayed with the company until 2012. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Yum China as a VP and Controller. Following that, they joined CKE Restaurants as a VP Controller and worked there until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of SVP Financial Reporting at Dutch Bros Coffee.

Paul Hill completed their undergraduate education at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 1978 to 1982, earning a B.Sc (Econ) in International Relations. Paul also obtained certifications as an FCA (Chartered Accountant) from ICAEW in 1986 and as a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) from CPA.
