Dirk-Jan de Graaff

Dirk-Jan de Graaff currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Dutch Caribbean Securities Exchange (DCSX) since February 2022, where the focus is on facilitating the listing and trading of domestic and international securities. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Degroof Petercam as Head of Primary Capital Markets Netherlands from June 2019 to February 2022, and at NIBC Bank as Head of Capital Markets from July 2016 to June 2019. Dirk-Jan de Graaff was also a Director of Capital Markets at SNS Securities from September 2003 to June 2016. Earlier career experiences include positions at NIBC Bank and Bank Labouchere focusing on corporate finance and investments. Dirk-Jan de Graaff holds a Master’s degree in Financial Sector Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Amsterdamse Academie Bank & Financien.
