Roel Smeenk

Roel Smeenk has extensive experience in the food and dairy industry, currently serving as Commercieel manager at Dutch Drying Systems B.V. since November 2016. Prior to this role, Roel owned FDC, a consulting firm focused on dairy and food plants from October 2001 to April 2023. Roel began the career as a project manager at Friesland Coberco Dairy Foods and later held positions such as Manager of the project department and Sales Support Engineer at Leushuis, where the company was eventually acquired by Norit. Roel also worked as an Application Engineer at Norit Process Technology from 1998 to 2001.
