Anne-Maria Komen possesses extensive experience in marketing and innovation across diverse sectors, including the arts and consumer goods. Currently serving as Audience Insight and Innovation Marketing Manager at Dutch National Opera & Ballet since February 2022, previous roles include Interim Marketing & Communication at Stedelijk Museum and Marketing Manager for Revlon Australia, leading the brand's face and skincare division with significant revenue responsibilities. Anne-Maria has also held senior roles at Philips, Unilever, and has played a pivotal role in notable product launches and brand revitalizations, such as with Unox and Cup-a-Soup. Academically, Anne-Maria holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Amsterdam and a Post Doctorate Degree in Brand Management from the University of Groningen.
